Influencer Usage Rights:
By participating in the Neer Smile Makeover Campaign, I grant Neer Inc. the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use any content I create for this campaign (including images, videos, captions, or stories) across its owned channels and marketing platforms. Content usage includes paid advertising, organic posts, case studies, and internal promotional materials, with appropriate credit.
HIPAA Compliance Notice:
All patient content shared will be produced with informed written consent and appropriate HIPAA-safe practices. Patients will voluntarily disclose and authorize any public sharing of their treatment story and results.
